About our safety content

Toolbox talks are training aids. Where a topic is tied to a specific OSHA standard, the standard is cited. They do not replace OSHA standards, your employer's safety program, or training required by a qualified or competent person. Oversite is a record-keeping tool, not a compliance guarantee. Talks tied to an OSHA standard cite it; trade-specific talks without a citation are general good-practice guidance.

Learn about document history
  • When a document is finished, the app keeps a snapshot of it: the data, the signatures as they stood, and the exact PDF produced at that moment. Later changes to the app's layout never change that PDF.
  • Editing a finished document creates a new numbered revision. The earlier version and its PDF are kept. Daily reports and tickets also ask for the reason.
  • If a revision changes what was signed, the signatures that didn't sign the new content are cleared and must be collected again. A daily report goes back to draft and must be re-signed before it can be sent.
  • Each version is fingerprinted (SHA-256) and linked to the one before it, so a change in the middle of the history shows.
  • Finished documents are also copied to separate backup storage, and deleting a document moves it to Deleted Documents, where it can be restored.
  • This gives you a clear, consistent record. It doesn't guarantee that a GC, owner, insurer or court will accept any particular document.

Questions

Do signing recipients need an account?

No. They open the link on their phone or computer, review the document and sign. No app, no login.

Can I use my existing forms?

Yes, with a subscription (the free trial uses our standard forms). Upload a blank copy (a PDF or a photo) of your own form or a GC's. The app converts it into a fillable form that prints on the original page. You review the converted form and approve it before anyone can use it; after that it's locked and filling it out involves no AI.

Can someone else send me photos for a document?

Yes. Tap Request on a report, ticket or form and send the link. They take or pick the photos on their own phone, with no app or login, and each photo waits for you to accept it onto your document.

Can I take back a document I sent to a general contractor?

No. Once a document is delivered to a GC's project, the GC keeps that copy. You can stop sending new documents at any time. If you revise a document, the GC receives the revised version.

How does multilingual reading work?

Each person picks the language they read the app in, and each project contact can have a preferred language too, so someone signing from a link reads it in theirs. The questions on a form show in that language; the finished document stays in the form's own language.

What works without an internet connection?

Filling out reports, tickets and forms, adding photos, and signing on your own device all work offline and save to the device first. Syncing to your other devices, sending PDFs, and signing links need a connection; they go out when you're back online.

What happens when my trial or subscription ends?

Nothing is deleted. You can still open your projects and documents, download finished PDFs, and export whole projects. New work, editing, uploads, signature requests and signing are switched off, and signing links you already sent stop accepting signatures until the subscription is active again. Restarting brings everything back as it was.

Is Procore available now?

Not yet. The Procore integration is in progress and isn't available to customers today. Read how it will work.
